Addis Ababa is the capital of Ethiopia and the place Brandy and I will call home when we make two trips to Ethiopia. The city is home to around 3 million people (comparable in size to Los Angeles). Fifteen year old Addisyn has been eating only a small bowl of soup and a piece of bread for lunch for 100 days. She donates the money that would have been her lunch money to the Adami Tulu Preschool. Addisyn's mother Amy is asking everyone to participate in a One Lunch Challenge on February 3rd, because if a fifteen year old girl can make this sacrifice a 100 times... we could all make the sacrifice once. So here is the challenge:
